I love the dough setting on my bread machine. It has saved me multiple times. For some reason, my house is never warm enough for bread to rise in.

Leanne

Wow. I could just eat those pictures. I'm making those. Soon.

My mom now uses her bread maker to make nisu. I wonder if it's the same recipe. YUM-MY!!!

oh, those look delicious! I wouldn't mind eating some of those right now! :) Do you (or anyone) know how to convert a bread machine recipe into a regular recipe? I always find good machine recipes, but I don't have one.

These are looking mighty tasty right now, at 3:30 a.m. while I'm working. :) Wanna deliver a batch over here? ;) I think I'll make 'em on Friday if you don't show up by 7:30 a.m. :)

Jo

I remember my aunts making braided pulla. Do you think that would use the same recipe as yours? I've been wanting to make it.

Amy

I love your blog. I was looking for a good nisu recipe and stumbled upon your blog quite by accident. I too am the mom of a child with severe food allergies. I do most of my baking from scratch and have become a thorough label reader. My son is allergic to peanuts and tree nuts.
